rustic-steel-vermont-bottle-opener
Rustic Steel Vermont Bottle Opener

Each bottle opener is thoughtfully designed and created from scratch by a husband and wife team in their rural north Georgia barn studio.

Size: 4.5" tall x 2.5" wide

The industrial steel used to create these products is the most recycled material in the world. BE Creations & Designs chose this material for its sustainable nature as well as its rustic appeal. After each piece is cut using their CNC table, they grind and polish each piece to a finish, and complete it with burlap twine.

The color, shades, and variations in the raw steel (raw metal) appearance varies from sheet to sheet. Due to the nature of working with recycled materials each piece will likely vary from the picture.

The bottle opener is made out of 14 gauge hot-rolled industrial A-36 steel. Which is covered with a thin layer of black oxide (magnetite) which is responsible for its dark gray/bluish tint. While this provides a level of protection against corrosion, a beautiful patina can appear on the surface of the metal and be enhanced by a minimal amounts of exposure to humidity. If any rust is unwelcome you may want to keep your piece inside a climate controlled environment. Steel Care: Rub grade 3 coarse steel wool over the top to remove any or all unwanted rust. To remove finger prints or to prep for paint wipe the steel down with acetone which will clean the surface.

Thank you for supporting American Made.

Goods Made Here.
